AVH Travel Tips
The 2025 AVH Conference is centrally located to give you the most options for travel. Come by car, train, or air. If you are flying, choose O’Hare (ORD) as the closest airport at 21 miles from the hotel, or Midway (MDW) as a second, smaller option that is only a little farther away at 24 miles. Choose a taxi or Uber to get you to the Crowne Plaza Hotel: 1250 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, IL, 60137.
If you are coming by train, travel to Chicago Union Station and then transfer to the Metra UP-W Line to Lombard. From there, it is 2.5 miles to the hotel.

Lodging is available Friday and Saturday night at Crowne Plaza hotel for $119 a night.
You need to register by June 1 to get the room rate. Be sure to reference “AVH conference”.
